International Shipping

If you are customer based outside of the UK, customs charges (import duty and local tax) will be payable on your order. These charges are beyond the control of SamTech Industries and will vary from country to country and also depending upon the specific products or materials ordered and the total value of the order.

When your goods arrive in your country you will be contacted by the courier (or shipping agent) to pay the import duty and taxes which you must do in a timely manner. If you do not pay the import duty and taxes then your goods cannot be cleared through customs and cannot be delivered to you. In this event, they will be disposed of or returned to us at your cost. In the event of returned goods due to failure to clear goods through customs, the cost of outward delivery and return delivery will be subtracted from the value of the returned goods before any refund is made.

We would advise you check your Import Duty Tax Tariffs to ensure that you are aware of any extra charges that may occur before you make a purchase

Once you have made a purchase with SamTech, we are not able to refund/subsidise any of these tariffs that you encounter.
